Isbert Ramos (Vivio) and Greydis Montero are The Cuban Groove. Highly accredited Cuban dancers, with more than 35 years experience in the dance world, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to New Zealand dancers and audiences.

NEW CUBAN SALSA COURSE!
For the first time, The Cuban Groove is offering a new six-week Cuban Salsa course for beginners and improvers, starting Monday 30 June. Unlike casual classes, a set course will progress you through the basics using a structured and proven programme which is guaranteed to have you dancing like an authentic Cuban in no time at all!!

6.15pm - 7.15pm Beginners,
7.20pm - 8.20pm Improvers
Cost: $60, to be paid at the first class.

LAUNCH OF LATIN FITNESS CLASS!
Want to keep fit and burn calories but bored by the thought of going to a gym? Give the treadmill the flick and join us for Latin Fitness - a low-impact cardio workout with a unique Latin flavour. From the hot beats of reggaeton to the cheeky mambo, sassy Zouk and dynamic capoiera, this class will combine the rhythms of samba, cha cha cha, merengue and so much more to give you an exhilarating workout like no other.

7.30pm – 8.30pm Intermediate Salsa
8.35pm – 9.35pm Intermediate Rueda

When: Thursday 19 June
Time:    
7.00pm – 8.00pm Beginners Salsa
8.05pm – 9.05pm Improvers Salsa
Cost: All casual classes are $15 per class or $25 for two classes on the same night
Students - $12 per class (with valid student ID only!)
Concession Card $75 per 5 classes & get 1 FREE (Conditions apply)

NEW TEEN LATIN CLASS!
This fun class is designed specifically for teenagers interested in Latin dance. It will cover a range of styles from Cuba and Latin America including salsa, mambo, cha cha cha, samba, reggaeton, merengue, bachata, zouk and more. Come and join us on this journey to the heart of Latin music and dance!
